66. have a preventative mastectomy & reconstruction
67. follow/document a breast cancer patient 9/2009-?/2010
this is really interesting to me, although all of them are amazing! i have been considering number 66 for awhile. especially seeing my mom in and out of cancer, finally undergoing a required mastectomy last july, the same month kinley was born. she is still having difficulties. and my aunt also having a mastectomy and even though they are sisters they had completely different cancers, multiple times.
interested in seeing how this comes out…number 67 that is!

fun post! (well not the part about being sick…that sucks). i am a list maker too and todd thinks i’m crazy when i add things to my list that are already done just so i can cross them off. it’s such a good feeling, though! thanks for sharing your goals, including the ones you’ve completed…it’s good to keep those on the list. i never thought to do that, but it seems like it would be a great way to motivate yourself when you can see what you have done. i like it!February 7, 2010 – 1:26 pm

we would like to nominate erin and josh umbaugh. this durango couple just found out they were pregnant. again, actually. they have had an extremely difficult time and have lost a baby before. we have never meet a more loving, and generous couple. josh recently lost his job with the current downturn in the economy and has done everything to stay off of unemployment. he could receive full benefits, however has taken some of the most unforgiving jobs this town has to offer to continue to provide for his wife and soon to be baby. thats just the hard working ethic they both have. erin has worked day in and out for multiple local companies and still finds the time to care for friends and neighbors in need. both of their families are in the midwest and have also suffered from the economy and the downturn. pictures is going to be the only way most of them will get to see this new bundle of joy. they deserve this because they are truly an amazing couple, they are full of love and can always laugh no matter what cards they are dealt. they deserve so much happiness and I know your pictures could do that for them!
