MAKE OATMEAL… not packaged oatmeal, although that’s delish too… make homemade oatmeal!!! to feed our family of four i use: 1C whole grain oats/dash of kosher salt/.75C milk/.5C water/.75C brown sugar + extra for dressing/.25C chopped dried apricots + extra for dressing/.25C chopped walnuts + extra for dressing…boil water, milk & salt…add oats & sugar…stir…cover...
